Looking for a way to keep your child reading this summer without the usual battles? In this ongoing class, readers ages 8 to 10 will dive into a new African animal each week. We’ll read a book together, build vocabulary, and discuss what makes each animal unique. After class, students will get access to a longer video they can watch at home to learn even more.

This class keeps reading skills strong and gives your child something to look forward to every Monday in July . Ages 8 to 10, with flexibility based on the student.

Animal Lineup:

July 7 – Black Rhino
July 14 – African Penguins
July 21 – Elephants
July 28 – Gorillas

Students can join the Summer Safari any time. In the fall, we’ll continue with animals from other continents.

The class is limited to 6 students, to allow time for everyone to participate.

*Younger children are welcome, just note this is intended for more advanced readers.
